Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of our Products. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. DIY pack (digital content) — refund position
1.1 Change-of-mind refunds
The DIY pack is a digital product delivered with instant access. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for the DIY pack once access has been provided.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm you want immediate access. Where required, you will also be asked to acknowledge that supplying the digital content immediately can remove the usual cancellation right.
1.2 If the product is faulty or not as described
If the DIY materials are materially not as described, or you cannot access them and we cannot fix access issues, contact us at info@aiphonecalls.co.uk. We will review and make it right in a fair way, which may include a refund.
1.3 Platform changes and "it stopped working"
Lovable and other third-party tools can change. A workflow that works today may stop working later. We do not refund the DIY pack on the basis that:
- Lovable changes its product after your purchase
- Netlify/GitHub/Google change behaviour
- your environment changes (plugins, scripts, routing, repo changes)
- you did not follow the steps carefully
We will state plainly: we cannot promise this will work forever. The DIY pack is sold as guidance based on what has worked up to the date of purchase.
2. Fully supported implementation — refund position
2.1 Before work begins
If you request cancellation before we start work, you can request a refund, minus any non-recoverable costs charged by payment processors or third parties.
2.2 After work begins
Once work begins, refunds are handled on a pro-rata basis for any unperformed portion of the service, subject to the scope you purchased.
2.3 Out-of-scope projects
If your project is not viable within the purchased scope (for example, broken builds, missing access, unclear ownership, or major custom changes), we may:
- propose a paid extension, or
- stop and refund any remaining unperformed portion
3. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Raising a payment dispute can delay resolution. If you have an issue, contact us first at info@aiphonecalls.co.uk so we can try to resolve it quickly.
4. How to request a refund review
Email info@aiphonecalls.co.uk with:
- the email used at checkout
- the Product you bought
- a short description of the issue
- screenshots of access problems (if relevant)
