These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your purchase and use of our digital products and services, including the DIY pack and the fully supported implementation (together, "Products"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are and what we provide
We publish educational materials and implementation services designed to improve crawlability and indexing foundations for websites built with the Lovable website builder, typically by using a static-output workflow and a deploy method (for example, via Netlify).
We do not operate, control, or maintain Lovable, Netlify, Google, or any other third-party platform. Our Products work with third-party tools that can change at any time.
2. The Products
2.1 DIY pack (digital content; no support)
The DIY pack is self-serve digital content. It may include videos, written guides, checklists, templates, and a knowledge base (for example, Notion content). The DIY pack is provided with no support. This means:
- no help by email, direct messages, comments, calls, or screen shares
- no troubleshooting of your project, deployment, DNS, or Search Console
- no review of your implementation
2.2 Fully supported implementation (service; scoped support)
The fully supported product is a paid service where we implement the workflow for a single site within a defined scope. Scope is limited to what is stated on the product page or checkout notes at the time of purchase.
If your project is in an unusual state (broken builds, heavy custom changes, unclear ownership of domains/repos, or other issues outside the workflow), we may:
- request extra time at an extra fee, or
- decline the work and refund any unused service portion where appropriate
3. No guarantees on rankings or future platform changes
We make no promise about:
- rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or conversion rates
- speed of indexing
- permanent compatibility with Lovable, Netlify, Google, or other tools
A workflow that functions today may stop working if a third-party provider changes its product, policies, build pipeline, routing, security model, or hosting behaviour. You accept this risk when purchasing.
We may update our materials to reflect changes we learn about, though updates are not guaranteed unless stated on the product page.
4. What you must not do
You agree not to:
- redistribute, resell, share, publish, or leak the materials (including prompts, videos, templates, docs)
- post the paid materials publicly (including GitHub gists, blog posts, or community forums)
- create competing products that reproduce our materials in substance
- bypass paywalls or access controls
- use our Products for unlawful activity
5. Licence and permitted use
5.1 DIY pack licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the DIY materials for your own internal use.
Unless your checkout states an agency licence, the DIY licence is for a single organisation and may be used on one site. If you want to use the workflow across many client sites, you must purchase the relevant option or contact us for an agency arrangement.
5.2 Supported implementation licence
Supported implementation is sold per site unless stated otherwise.
6. Delivery, access, and account security
Digital products are delivered by link and/or access portal. You are responsible for:
- using a valid email address at checkout
- keeping access links private
- securing any accounts you use (Lovable, GitHub, Netlify, domain/DNS)
We are not responsible for loss caused by compromised accounts, leaked links, or insecure setups on your side.
7. Third-party services
Our Products may refer to or require third-party services such as Lovable, GitHub, Netlify, and Google Search Console. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Any issues inside those platforms sit with those providers.
8. Acceptable behaviour and abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel access, or terminate support if we see harassment, threats, abusive language, or attempts to extort refunds by misuse of dispute processes.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are buying as a business, business-to-business terms may apply and consumer protections may not.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Refund rules sit in our Refund Policy (posted on our website and referenced at checkout). If anything conflicts, the checkout terms shown at purchase time will guide.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on our website on the Effective date above. If you purchased under an earlier version, that version applies to your purchase unless the change is required by law.
12. Liability limits
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, or business interruption.
If we are found liable for direct loss linked to the Product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that Product, except where law does not allow this limit.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
