📌 A quick note on choosing Netlify vs GitHub Pages:
GitHub Pages is the quickest option and works brilliantly for portfolio sites, personal sites, and simple business brochure sites that don't facilitate commercial transactions (e-commerce, etc). If your site falls into that category, go for it.
However, if your site has a more commercial angle — lead generation funnels, e-commerce, pricing pages, SaaS features, or anything primarily designed to drive transactions — you should use the Netlify method instead.
GitHub's terms of service don't permit Pages to be used for sites primarily directed at facilitating commercial transactions, and using it for that purpose is at your own risk.
